The distinctive features of Gneuss filtration technology are certain cleaning standards, low flow resistance, high fit accuracy and mesh stability.
Gneuss mesh kits are manufactured with a nominal filtration fineness in the range from 3 to 1400 microns, so there is a suitable solution for each use case. High-quality fabrics exceeding the tolerances of the DIN ISO 9044:2001 standard can be cleaned with an ultrasonic bath from oils, greases and other contaminants.
During polymer filtration, the filter elements of filtration systems are exposed to high loads, such as pressure drop through filters and high temperatures. In some cases, the present contaminants can have an abrasive effect during filtration, while the load is further increased due in part to the corrosive effect of polymers. However, in order to ensure the constancy of the selected absolute filtration fineness, it is necessary to apply and observe special techniques in the manufacture of filter elements.
